Introduction to the advantages of mold insulation board material: The mold insulation board material is composed of fiberglass and high heat-resistant composite materials, containing no asbestos harmful to the human body. It has high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and moisture resistance, and excellent processability. It has low thermal conductivity, can withstand high temperatures up to 250°C (220°C, 300°C), high flatness, and exhibits excellent bending strength at high temperatures.
  Advantages of mold insulation board:
Asbestos-free, harmless to the environment and human body.
  Low thermal conductivity.
  Strong compressive strength.
  Excellent mechanical and dimensional stability.
Low water absorption, good chemical stability, and long service life.
  Processable, customizable, and high-efficiency production.
  Insulation materials:
Insulation materials are divided into three categories: porous materials, heat reflective materials, and vacuum materials. The former insulates by the pores contained within the material itself, as the thermal conductivity of air or inert gases in the voids is very low, such as foam materials and fiber materials; heat reflective materials have a very high reflectivity and can reflect heat away, such as gold, silver, nickel, aluminum foil, or metal-coated polyester and polyimide films. Vacuum insulation materials use internal vacuum to block convection for insulation. The aerospace industry has stringent requirements for the weight and volume of insulation materials, often also requiring sound insulation, vibration damping, and corrosion resistance. Different aircraft have varying insulation material needs. Foam plastics, superfine glass wool, high-silica wool, and vacuum insulation panels are commonly used for insulation inside aircraft cabins and cockpits.
Early insulation materials used in missile warheads were phenolic foam plastics. With the application of polyurethane foam plastics with better heat resistance, the single insulation material evolved into a sandwich structure. The insulation method for missile instrument compartments involves applying a few millimeters thick foam coating on the outer skin of the compartment, which acts as an anti-corrosion coating at normal temperature and uniformly foams to provide insulation when aerodynamic heating exceeds 200°C. Artificial earth satellites operate in environments with alternating high and low temperatures and require multilayer insulation materials with high reflectivity, generally composed of dozens of layers of aluminum-coated films, aluminum-coated polyester films, and aluminum-coated polyimide films. Additionally, the successful development of surface insulation tiles solved the insulation problem of space shuttles and marked a higher level in the development of insulation materials.
Aerogel felt is a new type of insulation material, a nanoporous material mainly used for pipeline insulation and equipment insulation. Its thermal conductivity is 0.018 W/(K·m) at room temperature and can be as low as 0.009 W/(K·m) at low temperatures.
Vacuum insulation panels are the latest insulation materials, widely promoted abroad and mainly used in the home appliance industry. This material has an extremely low thermal conductivity of only 0.004, making it outstanding in thermal insulation and energy saving. Currently, domestic refrigerator and refrigerated container industries have fully adopted this material. Naki insulation soft felt is a soft industrial insulation material with extremely strong insulation performance.
